Production times on all orders are 3 working days and at the checkout you can choose from Standard or Next Day Delivery taking a further 1 to 3 days.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to receive a proof of your design production time begins when you give us the go ahead to print.
Standard Delivery - Your order should arrive in 6 working days.
Standard Delivery is Free on all orders over £30 otherwise its £3.95. Standard delivery usually takes 3 working days. Depending upon the size of your order we use either Royal Mail 2nd Class or a private courier, if you're not available the courier or postman will leave a card.
Express Delivery - Your order should arrive in 4 working days.
Express Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £6.95 whatever the size of your order. Express orders are sent via either Royal Mail 1st Class or a reputable Next Day Courier.
To upgrade to Express Delivery simply choose it in the order summary section of your shopping cart as below.
Please Note: Delivery is to one Mainland address in Britain excluding Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands, The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. If you require a delivery elsewhere or have multiple branches requiring a separate deliveries please contact us.
Why does Production take 3 days? It takes time to produce custom pads for our customers, in fact it’s a four stage process. Firstly we print your design on specialised carbonless paper before it is collated to put the right colour sheets in the right order. Next your order goes into our finishing department where it’s cut to size and bound at one end. Only when the binding glue is dry can we pack your pads insuring your order arrives in perfect condition.
